Cleaning helmet

I havent cleaned my helmet for a while and I was wondering if anyone knew the best way to get it cleaned?

If you mean the outside, a soft dishcloth,a bit of mild dish washing liquid, wipe off with clean wet rag and dry/polish with a dry cloth.If you mean inside,I guess you had better take it to a Sani-sport type of place.

I dunk mine in the kitchen sink with some dish soap, and froth it around. Then I clean the gunk off the sides of the kitchen sink after draining it.

I hope ypu don't wash the lettuce in there afterwards!
