hey guys...i'm thinking of buying a set of bearings...

any suggestions for a good investment?

any experience with bsb or bone swiss...how are they?

i'm looking to spend about 60$ at inlinewarehouse...

any suggestions

Im currently using BSB swiss, and havent tried anything better. The BSB are basically the same thing as the Bones.

bones are kind of on the expensive side unless your getting the lower models

I have skated on boss swiss exclusievly for the last 5 years, nothing I have tried is faster or more durable. One set lasted me 3 and a half years, current set is still going strong.

I agree.. the swiss are the way to go.

I have tried both BSB and Bones Swiss. I prefer the Bones, but the difference is minimal, cannot go wrong with either one.

I bought some cheap ceramic bearings off ebay, and so far I have to say they roll smoother than anything I've tried yet. They are also a bit lighter than regular steel bearings, and for $20 I think it was a hell of a deal. Give them a try, at least its only $20 and you can always buy some Bones if you don't like them.

well i heard that abec7's and swiss are the same thing. the only thing different is that swiss are more money.

also, what about abec9's? arn't they so post to be really really fast? can anybody give me some feedback about abec9's?

Swiss has different models of bearings, so all of them aren't the same as abec 7's but they just rate their wheels a different way.
