I currently have Easton Pro Air 13" gloves. They are getting to the point where they do not protect as well as they used too. So I'm in the market for a new pair of gloves. I was looking at the 2006 Vapor XV's and the Mission He10000's. I tried on a pair of teammates 14" Vapor XV's and they felt great. I never tried on a pair of He10000's but they seem to be a great glove and many members seem to like them on here. If the XV's size 14" fit well, then will the He10000's size 14" fit well too? No retail stores around here carry alot of Mission equipment so I will not be able to try them on before I buy. I will just have peoples' opinions.

Ihave both the 7500 and have tried and used my buddies XV. My feeling is the gloves fit the same in tightness but the XV is superior in the palm and natural hand feel. The index finger and thumb area was very comfortable and natural feeling in the XV compared to my 7500. The Mission are exceptional in venting IMHO...cannot go wrong with either glove

probably should put this in the good deal thread, but here goes:

ePuck.com has the XV's for $49.95 right now. That's a great deal if you ask me. I'm probably going to order some myself. I've got the X's right now. I like them, but the XV's feel much better.

Never used Mission gloves.

I hated the 10000 glove. The meshy material that connected the palm itself to the glove, ripped apart in 3-4 months. Shortest amount of time a glove has ever lasted me. But now I'm using the Pro Stock Mission HE750's from HockeyMonkey.com and they are perfect. Have no complaints with them.
