whbd18 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2006 What would a 10.5 d width XX compare to a Graf skate lengthwise? You'd most likely be a 10.5 R in 703's.
SyracuseBulldogs04 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2006 If i was to go with 735's, would the 10.5 wide be too wide compared to my xx's?

sn1per 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2006 I don't mean to confuse you, but I've had XXs and I measure up as a 9.5D in my XX and they fit fine. About 2 months ago, I picked up a pair of 735 and the store rep said 9R was fine and that's what I got. The only thing I can attribute this to is that I have really flat feet. The 735s do have a higher arch and support more which I guess would prevent my arches from collapsing and my foot elongating, thus the increase in half a size. I'd say, try them out first and see how they fit. That's the best thing to do.
sn1per 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2006 Oh, I also forgot to add, if you like the XXs in terms of fit, the 735 is supposed to be the closest fit to the XX and width wise, you shouldn't have to change to wider. I'd say go with 10R in a 735.
Jason16 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2006 From the sizing that I have done in the shop, I've noticed that Graf's fit half a size up from CCM and Bauer skates. So a 10.5D in XXs would translate into 11D in, most likely the 703, G3, and 704 skates, as they are the most similar in fit to Vapors. A 735 seems to fit a lot more like a 705, G5. Perhaps try a pair of 11 Narrows in the 735 if the Regular width is too wide.

HattrickSwayze 3 Report post Posted May 24, 2009 Just wanted to bump this up to ask a question. I'm in a size 9D in One75's, and I'm just curious what that equates to in sizing for Graf's. Does it depend on the boot? I seem to remember trying a size 10 skate on at the LHS that was a bit small, but I can't remember if it was a Graf or the Mission's next to them. My left foot's about a half size bigger (9.5 skate or so) than the right, so maybe that's why it felt small (if I put it on that foot, can't remember).EDIT: I guess I'll know in a week or two. I bid on a pair of Graf's thinking I'd be outbid, and I won them. The last thing I needed was a pair of skates. Frickin' impulse buys.

HattrickSwayze 3 Report post Posted May 27, 2009 Used pair of G35's, size 10's. They were pretty cheap so if they don't fit it's not a huge deal.
