Just wondering, does anyone know the typical upcharge for custom Bauers in the US?

Quoted from East West Hockey's website:

We charge a $65.00 up charge on Bauer $100.00 for Graf $100.00 for CCM

Must be directly proportional to the difficulty of getting customs done with the respective company.
