thanks for the site....iwas thinking more along the lines of just a cosmetic change, as i use the 05 pro tack(which i can't believe more people dont use....light as air, comfortable and durable) and kinda just wanna reverse the color scheme ...where its black, turn it white...holder as well....the skate, as far as my feet are concerned, are perfect...shame they might discontinue the line

CCM wont do that. Maybe the Black Holder, but forget about the white skate.

While this thread is open, can anyone give me a hand with ccms sizing, not just the standard chart. Ive got one final piece left before i finalise the custom CCM Vector 10.0 SE order.

And that is of course, fit.

Now, ive come to the conclusion, that when my skates are done up, in a pair of 7.5E's they just feather the cap, when i put weight on the foot(foot expands when u add weight)

Now here come questions:

1.How much smaller are the half sizes? like physically how much room will i lose?

2. Is the toe just touching the cap the optimum fit? Like ive been informed, OR is there something else i should be looking for?

3. Ive jacked the stiffness up to the highest available CCM stiffness. How stiff is this going to be? And how durable skating under a 240lbs skater?

4. This is my first pair of custom skates, and im honestly finding it difficult to get information about them, so what type of features, do CCM offer on there customs, and can anyone recommend some for me to get added?

5. Im particulary interested in added stiffness and support and durability, but how much weight does customisation add?

somewhat O/T, but has anyone ever used these guys to order customs online? If so, how did they determine the right fit, how long did it take, do they have good service, and how did the skates turn out?
