Heatley clone

Hey guys,

I've been trying to find a good 5-lie blade and I've read good things about the Heatley, but I don't want to drop $50 bucks on an ST blade on a speculative basis. Are there any cheap wooden knock-offs that I could experiment with?

You can get them for $25 at hockey.com just a lil more expensive than a wood blade.

I'm in Canada, so by the time I ship it up here its still over $50CAN. Thanks for trying to help though.

Try a Recchi V40, etc..

If you can find a Montreal Euro curve, it's pretty close. Might be a little more open or a little more curved, can't remember, but it's a sweet curve. Wood blades go for around $25 USD around here.
