removing/inserting one90 blade

I'm having a trouble getting the skate blade back into the holder. I removed it to try the tape-fix workaround for the noisy blade problem I'm having, but now getting the blade back in is proving a tough task. I know a couple on here have experience with removing and reinserting these blades so I'm looking for tips.

Perhaps too much tape?

Insert the shark fin first then psuh the blade down to get the heel in.

You can screw on the bolt and it'll pull it into place once tightened.
