Quick Easton Help.

Recommended Posts

Hello, so I'm in a little dilemma here. I would like to purchase some skates from a member here (Synergy 1300c's) But I'm not sure on my sizing. Right now I'm wearing a 8.5 mission L7 that is a bit small. I can wear most brands shoes in a size 12. Basically, I just need to know if a size 10.5 1300c is going to be swimming on me. Also, I cannot go in to try them on anywhere so thats out of the question. But thanks alot.

I don't have any knowledge of those specific skates, but I'd be wary of buying any skates without trying them on. I wear size 12 shoes and I wear a CCM 10.5, but that doesn't mean anything in your situation. Remember: it ALWAYS better to get skates that are too small than too big; too small can be fixed, too big cannot.

I found the L7's and Fuel series to fit about the same as Bauer scale sizing. I wear a size 11 shoe (basketball shoe) and wear size 9 L7s.

A full 2 sizes will probably leave you swimming, since Eastons seem to run a bit bigger than Bauers of the same size.

Thanks guys, I bought them though. I'll try them on when they get here and if their too big I'll just trade them in at Toronto Hockey Repair.

You wore a nike correct ticat? What size skate vs. Shoe did you wear? I wore a 7D nike and fit perfect into a 7R synergy and have a tiny bit of room in a 7.5R synergy

BTW enjoy the skates if they fit. I love mine to death. Just wish they were a little bit deeper fitting

i have a size 11 shoe and wear an easton synergy 900 size 10. i like my skates big though so you probably want eastons somewhere around 2 sizes smaller than your shoe.

I guess its all about PP then (depending on how much room you want). I wear a 9.5-10 shoe and a 7 in Nike and a 7.5 in easton (as I stated above). I like a little toe room in my skates.
