Ear-guard on Intake question

Recommended Posts

Hey,

im about to sell my old helmet because i got me an Intake (which will arrive in 1-2 days). Now i want to wrap/ship the old one but i dont know if i should keep the screw for my visor. When i take a look at the pictures the helmet has screws on the side, but i just want to get sure.

Thanks.

Edit:

Please scroll down.

My Intake already had screws in it, but they were too small (not enough thread) for the clips for my cage. I'd keep your old screws since they will be the same thread and the correct length.

Yeah I had to go to the hardware store and get screws for my helmet to mount a visor since neither the helmet's nor the visor's screws were long enough.

Well its not that quick i suppose.

Just got the helmet and i took off the ear-guads and i wanted to install my visor. But its freaking annoying i cant get the nut halteron the helmet without the plastic-fitting on the earguards.

Argh im so angry, it doesnt work.

IM SO FREAKIN ANGRY AHAHAGHF!@ERR (edit: sorry)

I took off my earguards and released the ear loops to get my Itech HS22 visor on. It will still pull the helmet away from the foam but I keep puching/squeezing the helmet to get it back to normal shape. The screws that came with the visor fit the Intake perfectly and was quite easy to put on not sure why you are having trouble if you have an Itech shield/cage?
