i voted for the 5's... i think the best skate would be the 5's boot with silver accents and a silver chassis instead of the gold... i do kinda like the gold, but im pretty conservative with the colors... i think the 1 is a close second in looks and the 3 is pretty ugly compared with the other 2... orange? no thanks... black on black is the way to go...

meh, I have 3's and 7's. I chose 3's because they were a better choice for a performing skate, but I like stiff skates. The 5 is a good skate, but I couldn't justify more than the 7's for a beater to take to the outdoor rinks. I was actually thinking about doing 5's with a black sprung frame and black hornets for a bit.

Boy, I would not worry about looks or style if I was going to drop a few hundred bucks on skates. If nothing else, buy the best you can afford and spray paint them ninja black. I am not a clothes horse by any means, but even if I were I don't think I would choose equipment based on looks.

and thus I own the 3's. While having it all look good together is cool, I prefer function over form. Besides, it's only a matter of time before I wreck the orange wheels which are the overpowering part of the color and replace them with wheels of my choosing.

Pretty gear will always get torn up.

I was in the same dilemma you are in. After going to go try the Wicked 5's and Wicked 3's on I simply chose none!!! I picked up a Tour E2 (size 10) and compared the weight to a Wicked 5 (size 8) I had to choose the E2. It is simply a lot lighter plus I got free abec 9 bearings (non mini) with it. Try them out when you go back to the store if they have it...

Threes cause that grey carbon weave is sick, as for the ones i dont like white on skates, and the fives random bronze is not so hot looking IMO.

I originally chose the 5 series because of two reasons...one: they weren't quite as stiff as the wicked 3's, and two: overall cost. The 5's were pretty darn stiff.

I'm with snake however, a black boot with the sivler chassis would have been superb! But overall, I think the 3's look the best.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it! :)

basing this strictly on pure looks (because all of them probably perform fabulously) i don't like any of em' for different reasons. i'm pretty traditional when it comes the looks of skates.

Wicked Ones - way too much white and at wacky angles. i think the tongue colors/graphics look like poo. i've seen these skates a few times on players at the local rink and they are definitely eye-catching but they make me wince.

Wicked Threes - the one that i voted for because the looks are relatively subdued. i'm pretty open to most wheel colors and orange is one of them so the wheels are fine with me. in the pictures the grey weave looks really shiny/shimmery (is that even a word?) and remind me of chain mail.

Wicked Fives - great looking top half and not so great on the bottom half. i think the clash of the two really kill this skate looks wise for me. can't stand the gold or bronze or whatever that is.
