ICM holders

can anyone post up a picture of the ICM holder?

just want to see what the profile looks like from the side. my bro is looking into getting the one50's and in his size(14) they come with ICM's.

he's been renting some tour's (size13) and they have a funky rocker on the heel that he doesn't like, but I forgot to look at them to see what brand they are.
