sher-wood blades

Is it just me or does it seem the older model sher-wood 950 blades were better. The ones that were out in like 2000. They were lighter, thinner, and had better feel. Does anyone know a shop that still has some of these left. Preferably in the bourque or selanne pattern? Thanks
