Question on Vector 10.0 SE

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if it's possible at most LHS's if u could get the black holder switch for a white one free of charge or just with labor charge. I'm not sure if I like the black holder if I ever go the Vector 10.0 SE, but I don't care enough to pay for a whole new holder. I was wondering if anybody has ever switched a holder when buying and was able to get it without paying extra (or just labor charge) for a holder the same. I was thinking it may be possible since it and the white E-Blade r the same and my lhs probably wouldn't mind to change it out and then someday sell the black 1. I no it might be allowed at some and not others but r there any lhs's that will do this.

I'm pretty "tight" with most of them they might do it, but would I have to pay for labor or would I not I'm not sure about that cause I thought u had to do that, I've never switch out blade holders so I wouldn't no.

you're asking in the wrong place.

Step 1: Decide you want to buy the skates

Step 2: Ask at the LHS, because they're the only ones who can properly answer your question

Step 3: Enjoy your purchase, regardless of whether they do it for you or not.

Another option would be to switch the holder from an old pair of skates you've got.

But seriously does the colour of your holder REALLY matter?

not really, but its pp and if i were going to spend a decent amount on skates i would get what i wanted

I think any LHS that has white holders in stock would do it. Expect to pay $1 per rivet for the swap. The store may even do it for free if you are spending $450 there. Worth a shot to ask.
