CCM HP Pro Tacks Pants

Hi, I've found someone that wants to get rid of some CCM HP Pro Tacks Pants. They're my size, but I'm new to the sport and don't know if they're any good... it looks like the Pro Tacks pants are selling for 140+, but this says 'HP Pro Tacks' in the description he gave me... Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
