Blade help

Recommended Posts

I've got a warrior mac daddy with a draper blade and everytime i shoot the puck flutters and i cant get my shot flat. I just recently bought a dolomite tappered blade with a federov curve. My problem is that my mac daddy's blade is in near perfect condition, and i dont know how to convince my dad into letting me cut the blade so i can put the dolomite in.

The answer is simple. Don't do it.

The Mac Daddy is a true one piece stick, and fitting a tapered blade into it is going to be hell. There's a good chance you'll need to add an extension.

Get yourself a Dolomite2 shaft (maybe you can sell the MacDaddy to a friend) for the blade.

BTW, have you used a fedorov before? or any modano clones? what makes you think this will fix the issues with your shot? When I had my TPS nash (same as Draper) the shots were generally harder, but I couldnt keep them from hitting the glass. My bet is that the issue with your shot lies in your form, the stiffness of your stick, or the lie of the blade.
