I wonder how much it actually costs to make a goalie pad before the mark-up?? Cause it doesn't look like a lot that goes into them. Just foam and jenpro!! Jeezzz

It's VERY labor intensive work, and don't forget that you have to pay for machinery, designers, testing and other R&D.

Not to mention it's a pretty small market with relatively little competition, and high demand (especially customs) so prices will remain high.
