Best price point composite blade?

Recommended Posts

One thing to consider about the Fury is that they seem to chip somewhat easily and have been known to get soft. I'm really picky though so what I consider going soft most would consider fine. Just to give you an idea of how picky I am, I've never seen a wood blade that I didn't consider soft.

uh-ooh...

That didn't sound to good. I'm also very picky with my blades getting soft.. Since october, i have gone trough 6 Easton hybrid blades. Non of them has broken down totally or chipped, but i feel a big difference when shooting.

The Modano-ish curve is the only one that gets soft. One of the guys at the rink used Keith's curve for over a year without any problems and he was on the ice several nights a week and was always ripping slappers with it. Keith's curve is the most like a Sakic but is not exact. It's a slightly lower lie with a very flat bottom and more of a toe.

I was just about to order a NBH one80 when i read this.

Now i changed my mind, and going for a Fury after all.. It doesn't matter if it's not an exact sakic clone, as long as it is a mid-toe curve with open face..

Thank's guys

(why isn't there a thumbs up smilie)

Best of luck Swede. On a side note wasn't Fury bought by Harrow? I remember Wayne Primeau saying somethin about it in an interview earlier in the winter.

Nevermind just read that they were bought by Crocs, inc.
