Blade Chipping

Recommended Posts

When this happens to me, I take Krylon Crystal Clear spray paint, put it in a bowl and with even strokes apply it to the area intended. This makes the blade of the stick look brand new. I have tried this on my Stealth CNT and my Dolomite.

If it's within the taping area of blade (heel to toe for me) then obviously it gets taped over. But if it's just a cosmetic chip elsewhere, then I'm not too worried about it.

Buy a new stick.

why would you buy a brand new stick just because the paint chips off?

thats rediculous...

i dont do anything to my paint chipped sticks like my sl. so what if the paint chips, it wont effect the stick performance wise

I know that it won't affect the performance, I just like it to look crisp. But if it is paint like the SL i don't mind it, just on the blades i do it.
