On sale skates

I just went to sport chek the other day and i always see on sale skates are those skates suppose to be the worst ones, like a vector 4.0 2004??

im not sure that they are "supposed" to be what one would consider a good or bad skate. they could be a great model now overshadowed by the newer model, or maybe a different situation that called for them to be on sale. also, skates are a lot about preference, so what you consider to be bad may be different from low end.

so thnx but low end skates are the ones usually on sale right?? i seen like nike v-9 on sale, nike bauer vapor vi, ccm vector 4.0 04 model, ccm classic skates 2003, mission L1, rbk 3k and thats about it. So are all these skates mostly low end and isnt worth the money?

some of those prices are messed up. $299.99 for Nike Bauer Supreme 50s? those are $189.99 anywhere else
