The first time my team ordered jerseys we went through the giantmonkey. (I'm not sure which one we actually ordered from)

We wanted Atlanta third jerseys with the word "Whitestone" down the Navy arm, with the Thrashers logo on the front and name/number heatpressed on the back in the thrashers font. We went through them because they said they were able to do the actual thrashers logo.

They messed up pretty bad: The name/number colors were inverted and were the wrong font. They had misspelled Whitestone on the arm, and put "Withe Stone" (note: two words), then put a pies of tackle twill over their mistake with the proper spelling, but still two words. (and the letters were turned the wrong way, and much smaller than anticipated) The wrong name had been put on one of the jerseys, PEELED IT OFF, and then they put on the right name, but you could still see the imprint from the heatpress. All that, and they came in 3 weeks late.

The next two times we needed jerseys we went to our LHS, and within 15 minutes our orders were processed. When they were done, they were perfect, done exactly as we had ordered them. When you're getting custom items such as jerseys (and paying quite a bit of money for them) It's important to get the little things right, and that means that you need to communicate to the customizer exactly what it is that you want done. This is immensely easier to do face to face vs. over email/phone.

All that said, here's a thread with some links to vendors. http://www.modsquadhockey.com/forums/index...showtopic=29719

If you do decide to go online with it, I suggest that you choose a vendor/customizer that will provide you with proofs of the job before they begin production. In hindsight, I should have asked for one when we had our first set of jerseys made up.

Good advice DL. We went through OT Sports (otsports.com) and had a pretty good experience. They did provide proofs and they were affordable. We got some pretty good jerseys for $60 per. Reinforced seams, two color back and sleeve numbers, and a front logo. I think you need to talk to Brenda. x208? Not sure... check out their site. Our website is www.cbusmonkeys.com and the proofs we received are here: http://www.cbusmonkeys.com/monkeys_black.jpg
