capes921 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 Anybody got any info on how good it actually is? I'm searching around for a new phone and new digital camera at the same time, and was wondering if this would kill two birds with one stone
Swiss17 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 I like mine alot actually. I thought it would be real bulky, but its not too bad. I wouldnt say the camera is amazing. but its good, not digital camera good, but its good enough.
Vapor 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 Its not a terrible phone. Its good if you do a lot of texting, obviously. It supports Ev-DO, which is great. It is not going to replace a good digital camera though. 2 MP is pretty poor and the CCD's on (most) phones blow. If you are not going to be using your digital for anything special, then dont worry. The phone is pretty bulky if you hate having stuff in your pockets.

Fire0nIce228 1 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 Same topic kinda. I just got an LG VX8600 as a replacement for a different LG phone I had before, although I cannot remember the model of it. As far as I can tell, this phone has no flash, but the camera seems to be decent quality (it says 1.3 mega pixel CMOS camera). My old phone had a little toggle on it for if you were taking picture of landscape or people, so is there a difference on this phone, or is the camera just not quite as good as my old phone (being no flash, no switch to choose what picture taking) ?
