What differences are their between the 2005 ST grip and the 2006 ST grip? (durability, feel, etc.)

I thought that they might have fixed some issues with the 05 in the 06 version but I was wondering how much of a difference there really is. Thanks

the only diffrences is the paint colour...(what issues are you talking about)

Only difference is paint-i had both and they both felt the practically the same so its mainly the paint like superman said

I think it is. I had the silver one and now I have the orange one, and I think the silver one felt a bit better, but not by a lot. Overall the ST is a super stick.
