warrior kronik tapered shaft

hey guys, i just won this item on ebay....and the seller said the shaft is 51" + 3" wooden knob = 54" long and its a true tapered shaft (meaning it was no a one piece that was cut down). for some reason the shaft seems too short to be a true tapered shaft.

so i need your opinion/help on this particular item, is it a true tapered shaft? does thomas holmstrom use a one-piece or shaft?

any help would be great =D

here's a warrior dolomite shaft that measures 53"

i have a ccm v10 and that is 55" long

That's interesting - the seller told me 48" without plug.

And just in case you're interested, the shaft is probably in the range of 225 for flex - that's the most common Holmstrom flex I've run into.

225 flex? what would that be relative to an easton flex?

the reason i am concerned is if the shaft is shorter (meaning it's cut down a bit) then that increases the stiffness of the shaft also

Mr. Flex chart at the top bar of these pages puts it at a shade less than 105, assuming Warrior and Inno flexes are the same.

I ballpark shafts at about a 3% increase in flex for each inch chopped off.

Well seeing that listing, that seems sort of shady because we never saw a picture even close to the blade so i think there's still a blade in the stick.

When you get it, check the inside of the shaft for numbers or words on it. I'll be it says "Dolo" or something like that...just a re-painted dolomite to look like a kronik shaft. But, he is a pro, pro's get what they want.

If you read the description I think it says they took out the blade so maybe it was a ops before...

Edit: NVM its no an ops its a shaft its also sold lol

im the one that ended up wining this stick. i have been talking to the seller thru email the last couple days. he works for the wings and say homer does use a taper shaft so there no one piece blade in it.
