How far to cut?

I have a SL with a broken blade and want to put in a warrior dolo. So I want to know how far to cut from the blade. I already searched and i couldnt find anything on the matter

shove a screwdriver in the "foam area" until it pops to a hollow area and take a wild guess from there... I believe it's like the second set of arrows on the SLs...

One thing you can do is put the blade (as long as it fits) in the top of the shaft. Then cut it to length. That way you don't have to guess.

He wants to put a Dolo blade which is tapered it won't fit in the top...too wide

D aka, the only reason why I dont put the blade at the top of the shaft is because I might want to add on length to the stick after it is cut. Otherwise I would completely agree with you.
