one90 heel lifts

Hi everyone,

I am going to have heel lifts put on my 0ne90 skates. I am coming from vapor xxx and previously supreme 8000. I like to have the pitch neutral or slightly forward. Currently I feel like I am skating on my heels and it is affeting my play.

Can someone recommend to me a height for the heel lifts? 2mm 3mm? other?

I believe the 2mm will get you close to neutral. The 3mm will get you close to a +1
