Fitlite vs ASD

Hey, after reading all the threads on here discussing fitlite and asd shinpads (more specifically 6k and 5k) i'm still kinda confused.

Would someone be able help me understand which of the two is better for basic skating mobility and also what are peoples personal preferences between the two systems?

Couldn't you just have contributed to that thread?

I explained the differences. Obviously the bulkier pad will hinder your mobility.
