ok, i know this has probably been discussed a thousand times but i did a quick search on bauer curves and didn't find anything right away, im just looking for a quick answer, is the pm9 the closest to a modo they offer?

It's not really a "closest" for Bauer, per se. Rather, they're exact clones, from what I can tell.
