sending mail to montreal from the states

anyone have an idea how much it will cost to send an envelope to Quebec? I am sending away my CCM claim for my free T-shirt and cap since I bought a vector helmet.. although I'm thinking it will cost more than the $0.41 it would cost to send domestically in the US.
