I'm just still wondering how he's getting time, not that he doesn't deserve it, yet Killer Heatley is walking toothless and free.

Heatley was a dumbass kid who made a HUGE mistake because of an immature decision to show off in his high price car. As far as I remember, he was not drinking and never made excuses.

Bell is a dishonest sneaky little F^%k, who because he was a coward could not own up to what he did and tried to run.

Ha. Ummmmm...? Heatley killed someone. Dan Snyder's family will never see their son again. Bell has some guy faking injuries to get a settlement. Heatley didn't have the chance to run away because he smashed up his legs, remember? Mark Bell appears to be a better driver while drunk than Heatley is while sober.

i think the main reason bell is doing time is for the leaving of the scene, im not sure where he commited the crime, or what the local laws are, but i know a few people who have gotten DUI's and have done a few nights in jail and then repercussions(sp?) after their court date, no where near 6 months.
