i'm using the background form the nbh site and its not coming up right.i want to fix the background image so its stays put while i scroll, also would like the table background to be transparent

Do you think you could make it like you just did (fixed picture) but with the tables still there? I love the layout but when you edited the thing it took away the white on the tables.

On the 16th line of the code replace background-color:transparent with

background-color:FFFFFF
