XXXX toe cap separating

I thought I'd ask on behalf of my very disappointed friend. He bought a pair of Vapor XXXX's about 2 months ago and has played on them about 4 times a week. But now the toecap is separating from the boot much too prematurely. Now I've heard that the top-of-the-line skates are built more for performance than durability, but this is pretty ridiculous.

Any suggestions?

Call NBH or the place he bought it from. NikeBauer would probably want them to see why the hell they're breaking and replace premature wear on a $50,000 skate.

I would definately get in touch with the place that your friend purchased his skates. You will probably get them replaced. If you don't have much luck with that avenue contact NB directly. Hope things work out for you.

As per above, take them back to the store, and only if and when that fails should you contact NBH. Tell them exactly what happened, why the store refused to replace them, and why that doesn't satisfy you as an NBH customer.

Well sounds like they would be covered under warranty since its within the 90 day warranty period and the store all it has to do is just send them to bauer and see what they say/do
