Stick shipping costs?

Yeah, for us in the good ol' USA, i am selling a stick and i was wondering what the best place ie. post office, ups, fedex etc.... to ship is. Out of the options what have you all found to be the cheapest? If you could just give me a little advice here that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
