Adjusting to longer steel

I just bought a pair of s11 in size 9. I'm coming froom 8.5 flexlite 10's. The new skates have runners that are 8mm longer. I'm afraid I'm going to be tripping all over myself when I skate. Any suggestions?

profiling, swapping holders, or suck it up and adjust to it. :D

I doubt you will have any serious problems. I'm pretty sure your new skates use the same rocker radius as your old ones (9 ft radius). You may have to adjust a little bit to the new length, but your blades shouldn't feel much different since the profile is the same. If you have problems, you can have a decent skate sharpener profile your new blades so they feel more like your old ones.
