do i need to replace my steel

my blades have ~1.05 cm of steel left measured from the center. they are vapor 30 so they have those holes in them too. im not sure how much steel i have used up but i heard the more you have the better you can turn because you can get more lean angle or something?

alright so next question then. ive never replaced blades before. always gotten new skates before i needed to. if i buy replacement blades from bauer i assume they will come profiled the same as they come on the skates so all i would have to do is get them sharped. however i think i want to go with step steel...will their steel come profiled the same way it does from bauer?
