Try giving KO Sports in Pittsburgh a call, they had some Crosby pro stock blades which are virtually straight.

I picked up a couple Forsberg wood blades that were pretty straight, maybe a 1/4" at the heel and closed. Ended up opening them up and curving them a bit more as they didn't play like my composite Forsberg blades.
