I think there's a place called Johnson's in Springfield. There are also shops in Champaign and Bloomington, but that's out of your traveling radius I think.

Yes there is one in Springfield, Bloomington and Peoria.

You cant miss the one in Springfield, its directly across the road from the rink. Granted there are about 3 routes into the rink. Just ask a ref or coach, they'll all point you in the right direction. Its walking distance from the rink.

Nelson center is a pretty nice facility also. 2 sheets with some unique lockerrooms. Very clean.

Who/what are you playin in Springfield?

Its a good shop.

Its supposed to be the largest Graf dealer in Illinios. The shop carries alot of different brands though. There are some that you might not have heard of too.

He knows what the good equiptment is, and he gets his hands on stuff thats pretty new. Like those cascade helmets, he's had those forever.

thanks!

i plan on going to that store on saturday, do u think theyd be open around 11am?

or do they have irregular hours?

are they prcied well?

They have weird hours. I want to say they are 11-4 or something along those lines. I went in there once. The layout of the store is pretty neat. Everything is broken into different little rooms. They have nothing Bauer in case that is what you want. This isn't a huge city so do not expect too much. I still shop down in St. Louis since I am down there regularly.

I play at Nelson Center every Sunday night. The Ice is good. Rink B(with the university logo) is a little better IMO
