What do you think of the shaft NBH one 90?

Hello,

I'm looking into buying a new stick.

OPS is too expensive for me :(

I was thinking about a NBH90 + Sherwood RM9 (coffey curve)

Unfortunately I see a lot of pics on this board showing broken NBH90

So could you show me other good shafts? (I'm very skill with handling and I like to take quick shot).

Also witch flex will "fit" me? I'm 1,80 meter when I wear on my skates for 75 kg (sorry different metric system here in europe).

The stick's lenght is 54 and from what I heard when we cut the shaft the flex grows up (a flex 80 can apparently easyly become a 110 flex after chop it off).

currently I have a koho 3350 (wood stick) and at that time the "flex story" wasn't too much a matter. :P

I use the On90 shaft with a custom TPS wood blade and really like the shaft. Just so you know, the shaft is MUCH longer than a standard shaft, and unless you're 6'5" you'll have to cut the length down, hence making the shaft stiffer. I ordered a medium flex (77 flex) shaft and i'm 5'10". I had to cut it down and it's now equal to my 100 flex Warrior AK27 shaft. It is great for slapshots, which is my forte since I play defense. For the price, you can't beat the One90. In the U.S., this shaft is about $30 cheaper than other companies leading standard shafts.

Is there a difference between the Senior and Intermediaire execpt the flex and the length?

Also Can someone confirme that this shaft and the shaft of the OPS NBH one 90 are exactly the same?

I'm 5'11 (180cm) and weigh 73kg's.

The Nbh one90 is an awesome shaft, espeacially if you like a really light grip-coating (snake.grip/tactile grip/ soft grip etc).

My 102flex is a 112flex after I cut it down. I'd suggest you buy either a 87flex or 102flex depending on how stiff a stick you prefer.

(one90 aka one80 in europe has a flex bar on the top of the shaft, so if you go to your lhs with your old stick, you can sort of sense what the flex of the shaft will be after you cut it)
