Switching Holders on Grafs

Hey guys, just got a new pair of 704's with t-blades on them, so I went to switch holders to Lightspeeds, but the guy on ebay was wrong telling me the holder size, the t-blades are 256 and my Lightspeeds and Razor II are 254, so the LHS said drilling new holes would overlap with the current holes creating a big hole and putting 254 on would decrease performance. So he said he could order in new 256 tukks, which I haven't seen online.

Any advice? does this guy know what he is doing? are there 256 tukks?
