9K Shell Problem

I was wondering if anyone else is having any problems with the RBK 9K pant. The problem is on the inner thigh area. First of all, part of the stitching on the front and around the velcro is almost completely off. Secondly, the polyester shell fabric is starting to fuzz up is the only way to describe it.

I have been in mine for about 3 months and they are torn to hell. Same problem as you. Need a shell...

I'm sending mine back to RBK. I love the feel of the core, but I think the shell quality sucks. Not to mention that you can't order the shell by itself.

I've had mine for 4 or 5 months now, and the stitching on the velcro of the core is completely ripping, i've sewn it twice to fix it. The zippers on the inner thighs both ripped off, too. I like the fit, comfort and protection of the pants, they're just falling apart.

I love my Pants, but I totally know what your talking about. Mine were so bad, i bought a brand new pair, kept the new the shell and sold the old shell and core on ebay. At the end of the day i spent close to $50 on a new shell. Very expensive but worth it.
