For those good at making logos

My school is gettting a roller hockey team together, and we need to design a logo. My trial for Photoshop has expired so I can't do it on my own. Could one of you Photoshop Gods possibly help me out here? We are trying to get a panther head with COLLINGSWOOD over top of it in an arc-style. We need it to be all one color (yellow, or white possibly). Here's a link to the panther head we wanted to use. We want to use a decent-looking font as well. If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
