Difference between V-Hex and V-Hex 2?

I was looking and comparing the V-Hex and the V-Hex 2 and couldn't find one difference except for the V-Hex 2 has a 45 day warranty and the V-Hex has a 30 day warranty and the color scheme. They both way the same and have the same features too.

Vhex 2 is a 2 piece tapered combo, you have to read the catalog closely to get that
