I've never had a single problem with them. Try calling them if the email thing isn't working out for you.

When I email them, I always get a reply within hours. I would definitely call them.

they've been good to me also. i had an issue once and they resolved it to my liking. just call them instead of email.

They contacted me straight away after the word from here and appoligised for the inconvenience. I thought their email might of been down or something...
