ebay problem

I bought this stick off this guy from ebay. I bought it on the 20th and it still isnt here and on top of that the guy isnt anwsering his emails. I bought it through pap pal though. Now im afraid im going to be out almost 80 bucks. What are some things i can do? What happens if it got lost in the mail and it wasnt insured, could i get my money back some how.

If you asked for insurance and he didn't provide it, yes you should get your money back. I would have asked for a tracking number as well. Contact Paypal and start the process of complaining, same with eBay. If the guy isn't answering his email it's kinda fishy.

I would give it another week and then file a complaint through ebay & paypal. If I remember correctly, ebay will give you the person's phone number so you can call them to try it settle. That may help move things along. When I had a problem with an auction, I got my money back through the paypal complaint.

It's a pain to find the link for filing a complaint. If you can't find the links I'll try to help. I've been through it before but don't know if I could remember where to find them.

I've never had a problem with things getting lost before so i didnt ask for insurance and i tried to get a tracking number but he isnt anwsering emails. If nothing happens in a couple days ill give the guys name out so you know to beware of him. But i dont want to give him a bad name just yet and then the stick show up.

Alwasy ask for the tracking number up front if you want it.

I recently bought this stick from a guy off ebay and he wasn't answering my emails but it turned out that when I called him that he was having problems with his email.. so anyways after my paypal payment stops pending he will ship the stick out :)
