TPS shins

Recommended Posts

I'm looking at getting some new shinpads and havnt been able to find any info about the TPS line. I am looking for light and semi slim fitting. I was looking at the TPS X-lite http://www.epuck.com/tpskpx.html and RBK 3k http://www.epuck.com/rbk073ksgsr.html. I'm pretty sure I know what i'm getting with the RBK's but does anyone have experience with the TPS line? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I'm coming from some Jofa 2500's and love how light they are but I have out grown them.

I was thinking that would be a bonus... I guess what matters most to me is that they feel close fitting. they claim to by anatomical so i was thinking they would fit like my old Jofas. Those fit like suction cups.

I use the TPS R6 shins, 14''. I am extremely picky about shins, they have to be slim and mobile.

I love my TPS shins. Very light, not bulky at all, very mobile...great for the price.

The strap around the ankle is kind of useless to me, I run out of pad to make it tight enough. Wrap em up nice with shin guard tape and they are amazing.

Awesome thanks for the info. I'm now looking at the TPS and the RBK 4k. Ive read a lot on this board about the Fitlite, sounds pretty handy. Not sure about the gap inbetween the shin and the pad though. Im afrais it would make it feel bulky. Anyone have any thing good/bad to say about those?
