I used to use short sleeve UA and UA-esque shirts, but recently switched to the rbk long sleeve triple impact long sleeve with the wrist and rib pads. It's been very comfy as far as wear goes, and also has had not interfered with my body temperature. That being said, playing with regular t-shirts doesn't really make me say "wow I'm so hot and sweaty". If you don't focus on it, you won't even notice it. At least for me, that is.
