hummers on heliums

im going to have a pair of hummer chassis put on my mission heliums, the chassis that came with them were crap. anyone else do this particular switch? any advice on how to make the wheels fit? ive read a dremel tool can get it done, but has anyone here actually done it? anyone have any complications i can look out for? sorry if its an overdone topic, any advice or thoughts appreciated.

i saw there was another thread regarding grafs and hummers. i apologize again for the repeat, just wondering if anyone did it with heliums.

first off what model heliums are they?

I've mounted a pair of Hum'ers onto a pair of He10000. It just takes a little extra work to dremel out the outsole for the first wheel slot.

9500's. did you have to dremel both the first and second wheel slots?

I only had to dremel out the first wheel slots.

cant imagine the soles of the 10000's being much different than the 9500's. sounds like it shouldnt be a problem.

The outsole was kind of "rubbery" in texture, so it made for a little difficultly. I would recommend taking you time and doing it slowly. You don't want to dremel through the outsole.
