Mission Intake Fusion helmet

Has anybody worn this? Its not in any stores around me, and I need to know how it fits. Is the fit identical to the regular intake?

Reason I ask is because I had the RBK 6K in large. I wanted the slimmer look of the 4k so I bought another large. It was huge. Any help would be great.

I can wear a medium in the normal intake but I need a large in the Fusion. I got mine the day of the MSH skate in Novi and it's breaking in a little bigger than the initial fit.

It's ok. I'm not in love with it, but it doesn't bother me too much either. I'll be posting a full review in the next week or so.

so in theory, if I wear a L in the original Intake, a L in the Fusion wouldn't be the best fit? Good thing I hopped on, because I was about to order one.

Exactly, I'll just be patient until Pure Hockey gets them in stock... or head out to the main store where they stock all the newer product first.

Are there Fusions at any LHS yet? I'm in the market for a new helmet and my LHS only has the original Intakes. They have a good price and the thing fits great so I'll probably just get an original. I'd like to try a Fusion though. I suck at being patient.

Just curious if you're in the market for a new bucket, or you just want to add the new Mish bucket to the collection?

I like my original Intake, but it does tend to sit a little 'ontop' on my head. I was just curious if the Intake Fusion was a less bulky alternative. I figured less bulky padding = potentially better fit.

I gave my trusty old Bauer 4500 to a buddy who's just starting, so I've considered getting a new 4500 too.
