graf skate profiling

I've had a pair of 609's for quite some time and the last few times I've had to go to a really shitty sports store to get them sharpened, and they don't feel like they use to

so I took them to my store today and I decided to have the guy profile them so they match

he recommended a 9 foot radius with a neutral pitch, but I asked him to make it a +1 pitch forward...I remember when I first got the skates, I felt like I was skating on the balls of my feet

I am just curious to know what graf pitch/radius is from the factory...I know they have a forward pitch, I am just not sure if that's the holder or the steel...and if it's the pitcher, does that mean I will have even more of a pitch now?

I have to wait t'il saturday to skate, so I am anxious to know what kind of difference I will expect...I've pm'ed OTG previously, and he's offered to watch a video of me skate and give me feedback, but I play hockey late at night and just pickup these days and don't have anyone to tape me
