Stick extensions

I just bought a mission fuel intermediate that is the same size as my older stick, but I think that I would benefit from a slightly longer stick (2"-3" longer).

Will those wooden stick extensions ruin the performance of the stick or will there be no noticeable difference?

No noticeable difference. If you use a REALLLLLYYYY long plug, it's possible due to the sheer physics of adding length you might make the stick whippier, but you'll be fine, dude.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will probably be cutting the extension down because I don't need that much more length so I guess it will be fine. I'll go buy one this weekend then. Thx

Yeah, in order to make it much whippier, you literally have to add over 6 inches in length. Just a couple won't make a noticeable difference.

not much diff for 2-3", but its all PP...

I've gone to from senior sticks to int ones, and no big changes.
